You are responsible for the security of your Roobetcom account. Please follow the guidelines below:

• Never share your login credentials (username and password) with anyone.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, please notify customer care immediately.
• Avoid easy-to-guess passwords — such as your date of birth, 0000, etc.
• Think twice before logging in on public Wi-Fi.

Roobetcom will not be liable for any losses resulting from account hacking or unauthorized access — unless it is proven that the fault lies with the platform.

• Account identity verification (KYC) must be completed before withdrawals can be processed.
• Withdrawals are generally processed through the same method used for the original deposit.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Roobetcom reserves the right to void any bet placed on odds that were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.
• If an event is postponed or cancelled before the match begins, the stake will be refunded.
• Roobetcom is not liable for bets not registered due to network issues during live betting.
• In the event of a disputed match result, Roobetcom's decision will be considered final.
• Unusually large bets on a single event may result in a payment delay pending verification.

Roobetcom always strives to offer fair odds. Any obvious errors in posted odds will be corrected, and the affected bets will be settled accordingly.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Roobetcom:

• Money Laundering: Using the platform to launder illicit funds.
• Match Fixing: Attempting to artificially manipulate the outcome of any match or event.
• Software Abuse: Use of bots, scripts, or automation tools.
• Multiple Accounts: Opening new accounts to claim bonuses.
• Arbitrage Betting: Using bonuses to engineer risk-free profits.
• Account Sale or Transfer: Sharing or selling your account to another person.

Roobetcom makes the protection of user data a top priority. Information collected during registration and use includes:
